Shipping Policy
The majority of the items listed are Readymade Items & will ship within 3-5 business days. Made-to-order Items or Custom Orders will ship between 2-3 weeks depending on process & material.

All Shipments will be sent through Priority Mail USPS (2-5 day transit after shipment).

** Unfortunately, no International shipments are accepted at this point.

Return & Exchange Policy

Textiles
Jewelry items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of the date in which
you received your piece. Pieces must be in its original condition & packaging. (You will be refunded the purchase price minus shipping). Please contact DK Design prior to any
returns or exchanges.

Sterling Silver only rings (without stones) can be exchanged for another size within the allotted time frame.

Sterling Silver Rings with Natural Stones can be returned (within the 10 day policy) however, due to the nature in which the rings are constructed & the way I fabricate jewelry, it doesn't allow for resizing.

All Sales are final. I try to represent each item in the most accurate sense through photos + description. I am making small batches of each item, so each piece is carefully inspected for damages prior to shipping. Please be aware not all colors appear the same on all monitors. If you are concerned by this, you are more than welcome to make an appointment or stop by the shop during open hours to check the entire collection in person.
